Introduction

In this assignment we are working in pairs to explore and explain the process of film and video editing. The process of removing, adding and manipulating footage and source material is essential in the world of today. It involves making decisions and being responsible for the creativity of something that could be fantastic as a finished product. Throughout this blog me(Becky) and Harry will choose our own parts of the assignment that we want to work on. We will back up our research with evidence and investigate the language of editing and also the technical conventions used by editors to communicate with their audiences.
